- 125 g butter, melted
- 150 g brown sugar
- 75 g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 225 g plain flour
- 200 g dark chocolate chips
- pinch salt
Method

Mix melted butter with both sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla.
